Shocking News Arnold Schwarzenegger Has recently admitted to using steroids to help him win body building completion. Schwarzenegger says he has no regrets about using the performance enhancer. At this time it is not illegal, he did this under doctor supervision. he said "it is a new thing, and I can't change what I have done."

"I recommend that nobody uses this substance, it makes you gain more weight than muscle. I still recommend using protein and supplements." will he keep his five time Mr.universe title or his title of Mr. Olympia?
he has not and can live good with the thought of using them. he had heart problems and the steroids just aggravated it. now he has to get open heart surgery

It was not (necessarily) a bad decision on his part because, like many drugs, it was not known at the time or was not informed to the public that it was a negative.

   an intervention took place and Arnold realized  that it is time to change. he says he is going to stop his steroid use. i personally hope that he will have the ability to follow through with this and that he has a happy healthy life for years to come.
